What youll be doing (and why youll enjoy it)

Youll manage the full sales process while providing technical support to customers ensuring their needs are understood and met. This includes maintaining relationships with existing clients identifying new business opportunities negotiating and closing sales and supporting revenue growth. Youll prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of product solutions assist customers with technical challenges and work closely with sales administrators to ensure smooth processing of sales activities. The role also involves following up on quotations travelling to meet customers analysing competitors staying updated on industry trends and innovations and maintaining accurate customer records using CRM systems.

Where youll be doing it

You will be based at their offices in Midrand where our client operates within the specialised electronics and wireless technology sector supplying advanced RF and microwave-related solutions to a range of industries. Known for their technical expertise and customer-focused approach the organisation has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative solutions and dependable service. The team culture encourages learning collaboration and continuous improvement making it an excellent environment for someone who enjoys developing both their technical and commercial skills. Additionally travel within Gauteng to meet with clients will be part of your role.

What youll need

To excel in this roleyoullneed a tertiary education preferably a diploma or degree in electronic engineering. Youll need a solid understanding of radio frequency wireless or microwave components along with the ability to explain technical products to customers. Fluency in English and Afrikaans along with your own vehicle is Microsoft Office SAP and CRM programs is a plus.
