This includes contributing to system configuration user support training testing of releases data quality and business process role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology sales processes data and cross-functional collaborationand wants to grow into a senior product business analyst or solution leader over Responsibilities:Support end-users of Price Select Salesforce CRM Website and other sales technology tools by answering questions assisting with issues and helping resolve problems cross-functionally with Sales Engineering Reps Software Developers QA and Product Managers to understand needs and ensure tools support real business with requirements gathering documentation user stories and testing of new features and system ensure data accuracy and standardized processes across quoting pricing configurations CRM records and sales training materials release notes product updates and how-to documentation to ensure successful adoption of user feedback identify trends and propose improvements to increase usability and to change management and rollout plans for new features updates and a solid understanding of Price sales processes product selections pricing structures and rep network in reporting and data analysis that supports decision-making for digital sales and Skills:13 years of experience in business systems software support data or sales operations product support or a related field (co-op experience considered).Strong communication skills especially with non-technical usersclear patient and to analyze problems document findings and communicate solutions with CRM or quoting systems (Salesforce experience is an asset).Comfortable working collaboratively with multiple departments and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple understanding of data process flow or business initiative curiosity and willingness to Skills:Experience with Salesforce Quoting Selection software and UI Web to ERP or configuration tools (IFS Infor CPQ SAP etc.).Experience building training content or in HVAC manufacturing or technical product Excel or data analysis in product management business analysis sales operations or software this excellent opportunity interest you please submit your resume including salary expectations.
