What Youll Be Responsible For
Youll own the full HR function at the site level balancing strategy with execution:
- Lead recruitment strategy and hiring for a manufacturing workforce
- Manage employee relations performance management and workplace concerns
- Guide disciplinary actions and ensure fair consistent practices
- Identify training needs and implement development programs
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with employment laws policies and regulations
- Maintain HR documentation reporting and HRIS accuracy
- Lead and support the HR team setting clear priorities and direction
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to plant and operational leadership
What Were Looking For
- 7 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
- Proven experience handling employee relations and compliance issues
- SHRM or PHR certification (required)
- Strong HRIS experience
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
- Confident practical leadership style comfortable making decisions
- Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working on-site in an operational setting
