What Youll Be Responsible For

Youll own the full HR function at the site level balancing strategy with execution:

  • Lead recruitment strategy and hiring for a manufacturing workforce
  • Manage employee relations performance management and workplace concerns
  • Guide disciplinary actions and ensure fair consistent practices
  • Identify training needs and implement development programs
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws policies and regulations
  • Maintain HR documentation reporting and HRIS accuracy
  • Lead and support the HR team setting clear priorities and direction
  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to plant and operational leadership

What Were Looking For

  • 7 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
  • Proven experience handling employee relations and compliance issues
  • SHRM or PHR certification (required)
  • Strong HRIS experience
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
  • Confident practical leadership style comfortable making decisions
  • Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working on-site in an operational setting
