The Opportunity:
As a Program Team Leader at Revolution Medicines you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the success of our biotech programs.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Team Leader to take ownership of one of our innovative RAS(ON) inhibitors and guide it to improve the standard of care for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. You will lead a cross-functional team that is composed of experts from clinical development regulatory research manufacturing medical affairs and commercial departments of the organization. You will be responsible for formulating development and commercialization strategy fostering collaboration and innovation and ensuring efficient project execution and achieving timely delivery of program milestones and deliverables. Required Skills Experience and Education:
Advanced degree in a relevant medical life science or commercial field.
18 years of experience within the biotech industry with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Excellent organizational and time management skill.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong scientific understanding of RAS pathway and clinical understanding of RAS-addicted cancers.
Deep understanding of the biotech industry including trends regulations and emerging technologies.
Proven ability to think strategically set clear objectives and develop actionable plans to achieve goals.
