Job Summary

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant (GVA) to provide administrative operational and organizational support in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day tasks help streamline processes and ensure smooth business operations. This role requires strong communication skills excellent time management and the ability to work independently.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.

  • Organize files documents and online records.

  • Prepare reports presentations and spreadsheets.

Email & Communication Management

  • Monitor and respond to emails.

  • Manage inbox organization and prioritize communications.

  • Coordinate internal and external communications.

Data Entry & Research

  • Perform accurate data entry and database management.

  • Conduct online research and compile information.

  • Maintain updated records and documentation.

Task & Project Support

  • Assist with project tracking and task management.

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Help streamline workflows and operational processes.

Customer Support (if required)

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat.

  • Provide basic information about services or products.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.


Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant Administrative Assistant or similar role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with productivity tools such as:

    • Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Drive)

    • Microsoft Office

    • Task management tools (Asana Trello ClickUp)

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with remote or international teams.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce Zoho).

  • Basic knowledge of social media management.

  • Experience with automation tools (Zapier Notion).
