About the company

Remote World is partnering with a growing Filipino outsourcing firm to hire for this role. They match skilled VAs with entrepreneurs and small business owners across the UK US and Australia who need reliable organised support.

The role

Youll be the operational backbone for your assigned client managing their inbox calendar research tasks and admin so they can focus on growing their business. Every day looks a little different and youll need to be proactive not just reactive.

What youll do

• Manage email inbox triage draft responses and flag urgent items
• Coordinate calendars schedule meetings and send reminders
• Research topics compile summaries and prepare briefing docs
• Handle data entry expense tracking and light bookkeeping tasks
• Liaise with third parties (suppliers clients contractors) on behalf of your client

What youll need

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong written English professional and clear
• Proactive mindset you anticipate needs rather than waiting to be asked
• Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

Nice to have

• Experience as a VA EA or in an admin support role
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana Trello Notion etc.)
• Basic social media or content scheduling skills
