Job Summary
E-commerce Operations Assistant $450$750 USD/month Fully Remote
Location: Fully remote you can be based anywhere in the world
Hours: Flexible at least 3 hours overlap with PHT business hours
Salary: $450$750 USD/month
Contract: Full-time permanent
About the company
Remote World is partnering with a Philippine e-commerce operations company to hire for this role. They support Amazon Shopify and TikTok Shop sellers with listings inventory and fulfilment coordination and business is growing fast.
The role
Youll help keep e-commerce stores running smoothly writing and uploading product listings monitoring inventory levels coordinating with suppliers and supporting order fulfilment. Youll become fluent in the back-end of multiple storefronts and be relied on to keep things accurate.
What youll do
- Create and optimise product listings on Amazon Shopify or TikTok Shop
- Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase orders when stock runs low
- Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders on shipment timelines
- Process orders handle returns and resolve fulfilment queries
- Track sales performance and report anomalies to the store manager
What youll need
- Organised and detail-oriented listing errors cost real money
- Comfortable learning new platforms and tools quickly
- Good written English for supplier and platform communications
- Reliable and self-managing with clear daily priorities
Nice to have
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central Shopify or similar platforms
- Familiarity with inventory management tools
- Background in e-commerce retail or logistics support
