Position summary
We are seeking a forward-thinking Technical Manager to lead our Hyperautomation and Emerging Technologies team. This is a high-impact hands-on role for an architect who excels at the intersection of High-Code (Java/Python) Enterprise Low-Code (Mendix) and Agentic AI. You will be the primary architect for our next generation of digital solutions moving beyond simple automation to building autonomous agents and intelligent ecosystems. You will oversee in-house engineering manage technical implementation in-house and through strategic partners and drive the technical roadmap using the Google Cloud (Vertex AI) Other Agentic AI platforms and AWS ecosystems.
Key Role & Responsibilities
3.1. In-house Development & AI Orchestration - Agentic AI Solution Design: Architect and deploy Agentic workflows and multi-agent systems that can reason use tools and execute complex business processes autonomously using Googles Vertex AI. - Hybrid Development Strategy: Oversee the dual-track development of high-performance Java/.Net applications and rapid-delivery Mendix (Low-Code) solutions ensuring seamless integration. - RAG & LLM Engineering: Design advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to unlock value from enterprise data. - API & Microservices: Lead the end-to-end design of microservice patterns and data models ensuring robust integration with AWS and GCP environments. - Agent-First UI/UX: Direct the design of intuitive user experiences in Figma specifically focusing on human-in-the-loop (HITL) interfaces for AI agents. 3.2. Implementation Partner Governance - Technical Gatekeeping: Serve as the final authority on solution architecture proposed by partners ensuring alignment with AI safety scalability and performance standards. - Quality & Compliance: Conduct rigorous code and architecture reviews to ensure external deliverables meet our high standards for cloud-native and AI-driven applications. - Validation Strategy: Approve test scopes and strategies for complex partner-led AI projects to ensure comprehensive quality assurance. 3.3. Strategic Innovation & Scalability - Reusable Agent Frameworks: Identify and build reusable AI components (e.g. custom GPTs tool-calling frameworks vector database connectors) to accelerate time-to-market. - Best Practices for GenAI: Establish and document enterprise standards for prompt engineering model governance and LLM orchestration. - Emerging Tech Roadmap: Prototype next-gen digital capabilities evaluating how emerging tools like LangChain CrewAI or AutoGPT can be integrated into the business.

Competencies	Functional	Core Technical Skills - High-Code: Extensive expertise in Java ; strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML and data processing. - Low-Code: Deep understanding of Mendix or similar Enterprise Low-Code platforms for rapid solution delivery. - AI/ML Stack: Hands-on experience with Vertex AI LLMs Vector Databases and Prompt Engineering. - Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript and UI/UX engineering with Figma. - Database: Advanced SQL and knowledge of NoSQL/Vector databases.
