CAE Crash Engineer Location: Remote - United States

Job Summary: We are seeking a CAE Crash Engineer with experience in occupant crash safety simulations to support automotive safety programs. The role involves CAE model setup crash simulation and injury analysis using LS-DYNA.
Key Responsibilities: -
Perform occupant crash CAE model setup (dummy positioning seat squashing seatbelt routing).

Conduct pre- and post-processing and analyze crash simulation results.

Evaluate dummy injury metrics based on regulatory and customer safety ratings.

Perform meshing and model integration for interior components (IP cross-car beam door trim etc.).

Support CAE correlation with physical crash tests.

Prepare technical reports and simulation summaries.
Required Qualifications: -
Bachelors with 5 years or Masters with 3 years of experience in occupant crash CAE.

Strong experience with LS-DYNA.

Experience with CAE pre/post-processing tools.

Knowledge of automotive crash safety and occupant protection systems.

Strong communication and reporting skills.
