Job Summary

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect / Engineer located in Sarasota FL. The Architect / Engineer will be responsible for conducting plan reviews and performing inspections ensuring compliance with local and state building codes. Daily tasks include collaborating with project teams performing inspections and offering technical guidance to ensure projects meet high safety and quality standards. The role requires hands-on involvement in ensuring that construction plans align with regulatory guidelines and project specifications.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in Architecture Engineering and Construction practices
Proficiency in Project Management including planning scheduling and managing resources
Ability to collaborate effectively and demonstrate exceptional Teamwork skills in diverse project settings
Familiarity with Florida Building Code (FBC) regulations and compliance processes
Bachelors degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field
Professional certification or licensure as an architect or engineer is a plus
Attention to detail problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities
