Job Summary

TBest Services Inc. is currently seeking Mechanical Assemblers to support one of our clients in the electronics and electro-mechanical manufacturing industry located in Elkridge Maryland.

This position involves hands-on mechanical assembly of electronic and electro-mechanical products by following engineering drawings and assembly instructions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with mechanical components tools and assembly processes in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform mechanical assembly of electro-mechanical products and equipment.
Assemble frames brackets panels and mechanical components following engineering drawings and work instructions.
Use hand tools and power tools such as screwdrivers drills torque tools and Allen keys.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly diagrams.
Ensure products are assembled according to quality and safety standards.
Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and proper fit.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work closely with production and engineering teams when needed.

Qualifications

1 3 years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to read and follow mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
Experience using hand tools and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and able to work a full shift consistently.

Preferred Experience

Experience in electronics or electro-mechanical manufacturing.
Assembly of mechanical equipment control panels or machinery.
Experience working in a production or manufacturing facility.
