NOW HIRING: 2nd Shift Assembler
Vernon Hills IL
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM 12:30 AM
$18.00 $22.00 per hour (DOE based on department)
We are seeking dependable and motivated Assemblers to become an integral part of a growing production team in Vernon Hills IL. This is a 2nd shift opportunity offering competitive pay based on experience and department placement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented team-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with a team to assemble products or mechanical components
Rotate through various production tasks depending on department needs
Operate hand tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
Conduct quality inspections on finished products and components
Identify defects or inconsistencies and report issues to supervisors
Prepare finished products for shipment
Maintain a clean organized and safe workstation
Follow all safety guidelines and production procedures
Qualifications
Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment
Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed processes
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and handle materials as required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Strong team player with reliable attendance
