Case and Crate Crewmember (Carpentry)
Pay Rate: $19 $25 per hour

Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and skilled Case and Crate Crewmembers to join our carpentry and woodshop team. This role involves building wooden cases and crates foam assembly and material handling. The ideal candidate has hands-on carpentry or manufacturing experience can read blueprints and is comfortable using power tools in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build wooden cases and crates according to specifications and blueprints
- Perform foam assembly and packaging preparation
- Handle and move materials within the production area
- Inspect work throughout the build process to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain tools equipment and a clean work environment in the woodshop
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Work as part of a production team and assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of carpentry woodshop or related manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience building from blueprints or technical drawings
- Comfortable using power tools such as drills and saws
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet production deadlines
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing bending kneeling and lifting
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work around machinery and in a loud production environment
