Analyze and resolve production incidents and service requests within SLA.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.

Work with development teams for bug fixes and code deployments.

Monitor system performance and ensure application availability.

Support release activities and production deployments.

Maintain proper documentation and incident reports.
Required Skills: -
Strong experience in Mainframe technologies COBOL JCL DB2 VSAM.

Knowledge of CICS and batch processing.

Experience with job scheduling tools (Control-M / CA7 / TWS).
-
Good understanding of production support processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow Remedy etc.).

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
