Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager Oakville INFINITI
Location: Oakville ON
Oakville INFINITI proudly part of Prestige Auto Group Ontario is seeking a professional and results-driven Finance & Insurance Manager to join our luxury automotive team. Located in Canadas only newly renovated INFINITI flagship facility Oakville INFINITI delivers an elevated automotive experience where luxury meets sophistication.
The F&I Manager plays a critical role in the customer journey guiding clients through financing and protection options while ensuring complete transparency regulatory compliance and an exceptional ownership experience.
This position requires strong relationship-building skills attention to detail and the ability to provide tailored financial solutions to our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Present and explain finance and insurance products including extended warranties service contracts GAP insurance and other vehicle protection plans.
Structure financing and leasing options that meet both client needs and dealership objectives.
Prepare and process all documentation related to vehicle financing leasing registration funding and delivery.
Ensure full compliance with OMVIC regulations and all provincial and federal legislation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer programs leasing options rebates and financial institution offerings.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with banks financial institutions manufacturer finance programs and third-party vendors.
Support the sales team in structuring deals and facilitating smooth vehicle deliveries.
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation required by the dealership lenders and manufacturer partners.
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless and elevated delivery experience.
Address and resolve customer inquiries professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
OMVIC certification required.
Minimum 12 years of experience in automotive F&I or dealership finance operations preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive financing leasing and protection products.
Experience with PBS and DealerTrack is considered an asset.
Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational abilities with a high attention to detail.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced client-focused environment.
Professional demeanor and appearance appropriate for a luxury automotive brand.
Valid Ontario drivers license with a clean driving record.
