Job Summary
BUDGETING FORECASTING & FINANCIAL PLANNING
Own and support budget management and forecasting processes for Operations RBCD CAPEX and Indirect spend.
Partner with budget owners to develop accurate budgets and forecasts while challenging assumptions and identifying risks and opportunities.
Build and maintain financial models and planning tools to support annual budgets rolling forecasts and scenario analysis.
Track budget adherence and proactively highlight variances and corrective actions.
REPORTING & FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
Prepare monthly financial performance analysis including variance analysis versus budget and forecast.
Develop and enhance financial reports and dashboards primarily using advanced Excel; contribute to ongoing reporting automation and modernization.
Provide meaningful insights on cost drivers trends productivity and return on investment particularly related to CAPEX and indirect costs.
Support the Finance Manager with management reporting commentary and KPI analysis.
BUSINESS PARTNERING
Act as a trusted finance partner to stakeholders across Operations RBCD and other functional teams.
Translate financial data into clear actionable insights to support decision-making.
Support financial evaluation of new initiatives projects and process improvements.
Balance strong business support with appropriate financial governance and controls.
CONTROLS PROCESSES & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Support month-end and year-end close activities related to expenses accruals and CAPEX tracking.
Ensure accuracy consistency and compliance with internal financial policies and controls.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes improve data quality and increase financial transparency.
Contribute to finance process improvements system enhancements and reporting best practices.
AD-HOC ANALYSIS & PROJECTS
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic and operational requests.
Participate in cross-functional projects and finance initiatives as required.
Qualifications :
3 years experience in a controlling/FP&A role preferably in the consumer goods industry.
Experience supporting budgets forecasts and financial analysis across operations and indirect costs.
Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling complex formulas and data analysis techniques.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.
Demonstrated ownership curiosity and an entrepreneurial continuous-improvement mindset.
Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and data visualization tools is an asset.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle or similar).
Background in consumer goods operations or distribution environments.
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university.
CPA designation or progress toward a professional accounting designation.
Additional Information :
The expected annual base salary range for this position is $72675 to $80325. The actual base salary for this position will depend on various factors including but not limited to the candidates qualifications skills experience and work location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of Red Bulls bonus plan.
