The Opportunity

BuildCam is looking for an Operations & Scheduling Support team member to help coordinate the moving parts behind our growing national operations. This role is all about keeping scheduling on track; ensuring stock installers branches fleet and lead times are aligned so our installations run efficiently and without disruption.

Key Responsibilities

Confirm lead times prior to scheduling jobs
Validate stock availability for upcoming installation runs
Check installer capacity before jobs are allocated
Coordinate with branches to ensure operational readiness
Flag stock issues that may impact scheduling timelines
Liaise with fleet branches and installers regarding upcoming leave vehicle maintenance or availability
Monitor installer reporting to ensure jobs and reports are synced and completed
Coordinate lost or damaged equipment including reworks or write-offs
Assist with planning and organising installation runs
Confirm schedules with installers and branch managers
Produce logical run plans that maximise truck capacity and operational efficiency

About you

Ideally you will come from a background in scheduling rostering logistics coordination or operations support and be comfortable working with field-based teams.

To succeed in this role you will be:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and locations
Proactive in identifying issues before they impact scheduling
A clear communicator who can work with installers branches and internal teams
Confident using systems reports and operational data
