Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (Health Domain - 14 yrs Exp)

Location: Austin TX - (Hybrid- Local candidates Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Review analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs to support Medicaid enterprise applications and modernization initiatives.
• Formulate system solutions that align with overall business strategies and organizational goals.
• Perform advanced analytical tasks involving business analysis data analysis and system evaluation.
• Act as a liaison between the Business community and IT teams including Architecture Project Delivery and Application Sustainment teams.
• Analyze raw data to identify trends issues and opportunities to improve system performance and business processes.
• Gather analyze and document detailed business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including user needs program functions system workflows and technical specifications required for development or system modifications.
• Support business process mapping business process reengineering and identification of technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and propose solution options including risk identification cost-benefit analysis ROI analysis and buy vs. build considerations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting Medicaid IT-contracted systems and integrated enterprise solutions.
• Provide oversight and support for documentation and delivery of application enhancements within Medicaid systems.
• Participate in large-scale system modernization projects and ongoing enhancement efforts for existing Medicaid applications.
• Assist as an IT stakeholder in multiple application enhancement initiatives involving various Medicaid Enterprise Systems vendors.
• Support the development of processes standards and documentation to ensure consistent understanding and alignment with agency architecture and integration strategies.
• Work within a SAFe Agile environment supporting project delivery backlog refinement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide project and product oversight for integrated initiatives impacting Medicaid enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with vendors program leadership and technical teams to ensure successful system delivery and integration.
• Support enterprise-level documentation governance and alignment with agency technology strategy.
• Contribute to system analysis issue resolution and enhancement planning across multiple Medicaid IT systems.
