Job Title: QA Analyst (GIS & Application Testing) Agile / UAT Focus - 8yrs Exp)

Location: Atlanta GA- (Hybrid-Local candidates)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Experience in testing custom-built applications and GIS components
Create document and execute detailed test plans test cases and test scripts
Analyze test results and report defects anomalies and issues from an end-user perspective
Work in Agile methodology to support continuous testing and delivery cycles
Collaborate with business partners PMO and vendor teams to understand and validate requirements
Ensure testing activities are completed on schedule and escalate risks bottlenecks and issues proactively
Assist SMEs and Business Analysts in developing UAT scenarios and validating test cases
Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and prepare end-user instructions
Participate in defect triage meetings sprint demos and status reporting
Provide regular status updates to QA/Test Leads
Review and analyze system specifications including business functional and design documents
Perform manual and/or automated testing across multiple environments
Develop and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM)
Prepare test data and validate test execution results
Perform system testing regression testing performance/load testing security testing and disaster recovery testing
Conduct post-go-live validation and support production verification activities
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality across the SDLC
Utilize tools such as GitHub ServiceNow and defect tracking systems
Support mobile device testing (preferred)
Apply QA best practices methodologies and testing standards
Write and execute manual test scripts for application functionality
Identify isolate and troubleshoot defects with strong analytical skills
Ensure alignment with SDLC processes and Agile frameworks
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in software testing within development projects
Experience working on mid to large-scale system implementations
Strong experience in test strategy test execution and test documentation
Experience with RTM creation and UAT readiness validation
Strong communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Experience working with public sector clients
Familiarity with defect management tools
Knowledge of test automation frameworks
Relevant certifications such as CAST CSTE CSQA CMSQ
