Job Title: Business Systems Analyst / Project Manager
Location: Remote (Must be located in Eastern or Central Time Zone). Candidates based in Chicago IL preferred for hybrid schedule (1 day onsite).

Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst / Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong blend of business analysis and project management skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear actionable deliverables while driving projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather analyze and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical deliverables.
- Work closely with DRMs architects and engineering teams.
- Manage project timelines deliverables risks and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Support process improvements and system enhancements.
- Strong experience in Business Systems Analysis and Project Management.
- Excellent requirements gathering and translation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication documentation and organizational skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to Data Engineering environments.
- Experience in Supply Chain or Finance domains preferred.
- Candidates with hybrid flexibility in Chicago highly preferred.
