Job Summary

Salesforce Architect
Chicago IL

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Strategy: Develops high-level and low-level design documents including system landscape diagrams data models and integration patterns.
Business Requirements Alignment: Translates complex business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions recommending whether to use configuration (clicks) or code.
System Integration & Security: Designs Salesforce applications and integrations with external enterprise systems (Informatica TIBCO API management) and defines robust security sharing and access models.
Technical Governance & Mentorship: Ensures best practices for development conducts code reviews and mentors developers and administrators.
Implementation Oversight: Oversees data migration strategies environment management and release management.
Trusted Advisor: Acts as the final escalation point for technical issues and provides strategic guidance to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Service with proficiency in APEX Lightning Web Components (LWC) and platform capabilities.
Architectural Skills: Strong understanding of data modeling data security and integration patterns (REST/SOAP).
Experience: Usually 10 years in IT/CRM with significant hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Solution Architect certifications are highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication consulting and stakeholder management abilities.
