The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS) is seeking dedicated candidates to fill important roles within our department. This role is responsible for enterprise oversightof classification position management salary alignment and organizationalstructure review across DPSCS. The Director ensures compliance with DBM regulationsposition control standards and statewide personnel policies.The Director reports to the CHRO and worksclosely with executive leadership fiscal teams and DBM partners to ensureresponsible workforce structure management.
