Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator

The ideal candidate will manage daily HR operations process accurate payroll and provide accounting support in a fastpaced highvolume dealership environment. Responsibilities
Payroll
Process weekly and monthly payrolls with accuracy and timeliness
Verify hours worked PTO deductions bonuses and adjustments
Process and ensure accuracy of all payroll taxes (federal state local Social Security Medicare)
Process and verify benefit deductions each pay period (medical dental vision 401k etc.)
Maintain updated payroll records in compliance with federal and state regulations
Process new hires terminations pay changes and employee updates
Reconcile payrollrelated accounts
Handle wage garnishments and related documentation
Experience with Paylocity preferred but not required
Human Resources
Accounting Support
- Perform payrollrelated journal entries and reconciliations
- Verifyaccuracy of payroll expense allocations
Collaborate with different teams on reporting needs including benefits medical payroll and other compliancerelated audits.
Ensure financial records tied to HR and payroll are complete and errorfree
Experience in CDK is preferred

Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of wage laws payroll taxation and HR compliance
Experience in payroll and/or human resources required (1-2 years required)
Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication organizational and analytical skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Outlook Word and related platforms
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
Professional appearance and demeanor; reliable and punctual
Prior experience in Paylocity and CDK is a plus
Skills / Qualifications

Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Skilled in employee relations and customerfocused communication
- Proficient in HRIS payroll software and dealership systems
