Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Drive the installation implementation and optimization of Actimize IFM (Integrated Fraud Management) solution. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Actimize platforms strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of fraud detection systems

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement configure and customize Actimize IFM solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements

Install and configure Actimize Platform (AIS ActOne UDM etc.)

Enhance Actimize IFM solution build custom Policy Manager rules workflows DARTS etc.

Troubleshoot analyse and resolve technical issues; Perform root cause analysis to minimize recurrence

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts QA project managers) throughout the SDLC

Perform unit system performance and integration testing; Document technical specifications installation steps and troubleshooting procedures

Install product patches and service packs Upgrade Actimize platform and solutions over time

Lead or participate in Agile sprint planning backlog management and documentation

Ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance as needed
