Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our Commercial this role you will provide essential support to various sales and business development activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced global company and to develop core skills in sales operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Commercial team in day-to-day activities and operational tasks.

  • Support in the planning and execution of sales events or activities at point-of-sale locations (occasionally).

  • Prepare organize and follow up on commercial meetings and events.

  • Create and maintain sales reports dashboards and performance summaries.

  • Support in preparing presentations for sales performance commercial strategy and productivity.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth flow of information.

  • Provide administrative support as needed for ongoing sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in Business or a related field with at least one year remaining to complete the degree.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) .

  • Intermediate to advanced level.

  • Availeble to work Monday - Friday from 8am to 2:00M - Hybrid mode in Polanco

  • Intermediate English is required (written and spoken) as we are part of a global organization.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

  • Punctual responsible and eager to learn.
