Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or Exposure to any ERP platforms experience. Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
Position Description: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead Project delivery and AMS projects. This role involves end-to-end project ownership stakeholder coordination and delivery.
The Cloud Identity Service Engineer is responsible for managing and administering cloud identity services including Identity Authentication Service (IAS). This role involves configuring monitoring and maintaining identity services to ensure secure and efficient access management across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Experience:
Own day-to-day AMS delivery for a defined application portfolio ensuring SLA adherence service availability and performance.
Oversee L1L3 support including triage root cause resolution knowledge management and handoffs.
Govern ITIL processes: Incident Major Incident Problem Change Release and Service Request.
Chair daily standups and weekly ops reviews; run Major Incident war rooms and post-incident reviews.
Ensure proper runbooks SOPs KB articles and shift-left initiatives are current and enforced.
2) Stakeholder & Business Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for product owners business operations and IT leadership.
Translate business priorities into AMS plans and communicate service health risks and improvements.
Manage demand for minor enhancements and coordinate with build teams for releases.
3) Continuous Improvement & Reliability
Drive problem management and RCA quality focusing on elimination of repeat incidents.
Implement automation and SRE-lite practices: auto-remediation monitoring-as-code and error budgets.
Optimize throughput via DevOps practices (CI/CD for hotfixes) quality gates and test automation for BAU.
Lead cost optimization (cloud/resource) without compromising SLAs.
4) People Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing team .
Workforce planning hiring onboarding skills development career planning and performance management.
Foster a culture of accountability customer focus and continuous learning.
5) Financial Management
Manage budget run costs invoicing accuracy and forecast (FTE capacity and change demand).
6) Security Risk & Compliance
Ensure compliance with security privacy and regulatory requirements
Coordinate vulnerability remediation patching cadence and access reviews.
Maintain risk register; ensure BCP/DR readiness and conduct failover tests as required.
7) Transition & Knowledge Management
Lead or support service transitions (new apps into run) including KT plans acceptance criteria and hypercare.
Maintain accurate CMDB application maps and dependency documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience
812 years in application support/operations; 35 years in team leadership or service management.
Proven delivery in ITIL-based environments with measurable SLA improvements.
Experience managing distributed teams; comfortable with on-call/major incident leadership.
