The Governance & Communications Lead drives disciplined operational governance and change effective internal communication and strong organizational engagement across WebBeds Operations functions.
The role safeguards the integrity of decisionmaking processes strengthens transparency orchestrates structured communication channels and drives high-quality employee engagement initiatives in partnership with HR.
This role will translate what were doing into what everyone understands and acts on reinforcing Operations readiness alignment and consistency enabling better performance clarity and connectivity across all sites and teams.
In this role you will:
- Support and maintain Operations governance framework with enhanced onsite visibility leveraging proximity to the largest Operations population (500 staff) to strengthen cadence clarity and realtime crossfunctional alignment.
- Facilitate decisionflow processes with faster validation cycles ensuring documentation tracking and followthrough benefit from direct access to the primary execution hub and broader employee base.
- Manage all Operations communication channels assets and events from the site with highest activity improving accuracy relevance and feedback loops due to direct engagement with the core audience.
- Drive change communication packs for operational enhancements/changes ensuring consistent cascading and adoption across sites
- Support organization of communication events (townhalls awareness weeks campaigns recognition activities) taking insights from our main Operations location that hosts the highest volume of engagement initiatives ensuring tighter coordination budget management and seamless execution.
- Actively support content creation and information gathering with improved quality inputs benefitting from continuous onsite insights faster perception of awareness gaps and close collaboration with local content design/media support.
- Monitor responsiveness and impact of communication and engagement initiatives with strong voice of site insights reporting effectiveness metrics and action plans fort impact improvement.
- Articulate and coordinate staff engagement activities across sites and teams ensuring consistent execution and alignment with Ops culture and values.
- Become HR preferred partner for the Operations Awards framework. Co-develop maintain and continuously improve recognition initiatives.
- Promote a culture of transparency recognition and connectedness across Operations strengthened by the enhanced synergies achieved through co-location with the Site Engagement Lead enabling richer higher-quality communication outputs.

- High-level organizational and coordination skills comfortable managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management across functions levels and geographies.

- Skilled in content creation narrative building and internal storytelling.
- Digital fluency with intranet / SharePoint platforms communication tools and digital content formats.
- Proactive structured and disciplined able to work independently and with minimal supervision.

- Collaborative mindset and ability to influence without authority.
- Empathy and cultural sensitivity when engaging global teams.
- Experience in Operations Governance Communications PMO or Engagement roles preferred.
- Prior ownership of internal communications or engagement frameworks is a plus.
