Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM Workstream Lead to drive the design implementation and rollout of Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM and Oracle Retail Brand Compliance solutions.
This role will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of private-label retail products and restaurant menu items ensuring compliance with global safety nutritional and labeling standards. The position will also establish a Digital Thread across R&D sourcing and commercialization to accelerate product development and time-to-market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the PLM & Brand Compliance Workstream

• Manage planning backlog prioritization and sprint execution for Innovation Management Product Development and Brand Compliance Management Cloud Service.

Design Product & Recipe Lifecycle Processes

• Define and implement lifecycle processes for private-label product specifications ingredient-level menu development and recipe formulation.

Ensure Global Safety and Compliance

• Implement automated workflows for nutritional labeling allergen tracking and regulatory certifications such as FDA and ISO standards.

Enable Supplier Collaboration

• Configure supplier collaboration portals allowing global vendors to submit technical product data quality audits and sustainability certifications directly into Oracle Product Hub.

Integrate the End-to-End Value Chain

• Ensure seamless synchronization of product data between Oracle PLM Oracle Retail and Oracle ERP for Restaurants to maintain accurate COGS pricing and product information.

Validate Product Launch Readiness

• Lead pilot programs to validate item master data ingredient yields packaging artwork and compliance documentation before full commercialization.

Drive Continuous Improvement

• Leverage AI-driven insights and analytics to identify high-risk ingredients optimize sourcing strategies and reduce the cost of quality.

Required Experience

• 8 years of experience in Retail or Food & Beverage technology environments particularly in product lifecycle management private-label development or restaurant menu management.
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM especially Product Development and Product Hub (PIM) modules.
• Strong domain knowledge of recipe formulation packaging and labeling compliance and multi-unit restaurant supply chains.
• 3 years of Agile or SAFe experience leading workstreams in fast-paced delivery environments.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Oracle Retail solutions including Brand Compliance Management and Retail Merchandising systems.
• Integration experience using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to synchronize product data with ERP POS and other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with food safety and sustainability frameworks including GFSI standards ESG reporting and sustainability compliance.
