What youll do

  • Drive sales performance and deliver brand KPIs and financial targets to meet and/or exceed assigned objectives
  • Serve as a strategic partner to build grow and maintain networks with healthcare professionals in the assigned sales territory
  • Engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business increasing AZ value as a scientific partner
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market demographic and managed markets information on assigned sales territory
  • Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals distribution of samples etc.

Essential for the role

  • Bachelors degree (life sciences educational background will be considered an asset)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in pharma industry
  • Proven digital capabilities and interactions (competence in using Microsoft suite platform and relevant sales tools)
  • Ιnterpersonal and communication skills
  • Strategic and Analytical thinking
  • Commercial Awareness and business acumen
  • Motivated and results oriented
  • Fluency in English and Greek language

Desirable for the role

  • Masters Degree / Professional Certification
  • Experience in diabetes and metabolism
