Senior Sales Manager

Our Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing the resorts sales potential and consistently achieving revenue targets. You will oversee assigned accounts and markets ensuring all business is managed efficiently and executed to the highest standards of service excellence.

You will play a key role in driving day-to-day sales activities with a strong focus on developing long-term value-driven relationships that generate sustainable business growth. By understanding client needs and market dynamics you will proactively identify new opportunities and contribute to the resorts commercial success.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a luxury resort environment collaborate with a passionate and high-performing team and make a meaningful impact on the resorts continued growth and market presence.

The role is based in Athens with travel to Mykonos required during the summer season in line with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically acquire and grow accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts in the luxury hospitality market
  • Represent the hotel at designated business events and conferences and conduct sales presentations both in Greece and abroad
  • Provide regular performance and sales reporting including insights from conferences and sales calls
  • Create and implement action plans for assigned accounts to meet and exceed revenue objectives
  • Understands the overall market - competitors strengths and weaknesses economic trends supply and demand and knows how to promote effectively
  • Conduct thorough and innovative site inspections and familiarization trips
  • Plan and deliver account training sessions as necessary to enhance productivity and revenue
  • Drive collaborative marketing programs with key accounts while ensuring brand standards across all assigned channels
  • Ensure internal and hotel teams are informed about issues related to assigned accounts



Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment
  • Results-driven mindset with proven ability to effectively manage and achieve KPIs
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with demonstrated expertise in client relationship management
  • Excellent command of both English and Greek written and spoken
  • Proficient in the use of IT systems and hospitality-related software
  • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building long-term client relationships
