• Process and record sales orders based on received Purchase Orders (POs) ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and organize sales documents such as quotations proforma invoices rebates and credit memo applications.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate concerns with the appropriate sales representatives.
• Provide updates to customers and keep the sales team informed of important account or order developments.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding order processing deliveries customer accounts invoices and collections.
• Assist in monitoring sales orders deliveries and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records and organized files for assigned sales accounts.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing preparing reports and correspondence and maintaining customer contact records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other sales-related and administrative tasks as assigned to support sales operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in business or any related course.
