Job Summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our clients logistics challenges.

The Regional Training & Performance Manager is a professional who oversees delivery of training programs within a particular region as well as the ongoing evaluation and management of service performance to ensure they are properly trained to meet organizational goals and objectives.

Essential Job Functions

  • Identifyingtraining needsby assessing current employee skills and performance gaps todeterminenecessary training programs
  • Deliver training sessions either directly or through other trainers andensuringeffectiveknowledgetransferto employees.
  • Regularly tracking employeeperformanceprogress againststatedgoals and providing feedback and when necessary supplemental training.
  • Provideindividual support and guidance to employees to help them improve their performance
  • Assess andmonitortraining needs and evaluate effectiveness of training programs by evaluating employee performance and skill gaps based on operator andclient drivenmetrics.
  • Measurethe impact of training programs on employee performance andrecommendnecessary adjustmentsand suggestionsto the corporate training team.
  • Designandimplement client-specific trainingfor employees catered to the mode of transportand servicesrequired including best practices workinstructionsandprocessesimprovement.
  • Provide feedback to the Technologyand Global Operationalteams on gaps inapplication workflow integration challengesUKG training content SOP/Work Instructions available metrics etc.
  • Analyzeclientkey performance indicators gaps data qualityand visibilityto improve performance.
  • Create andmaintainmechanisms and standards to ensure consistency of solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Visio MS Teams MSProjectand other Microsoft learning and collaboration tools.
  • Expert knowledge of project management principles and practices.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years related experience.
  • Bachelorsdegree.
  • 2 years of experience as aManagerortrainer.
  • Management experience in designingplanningand implementing learning programs.
  • Experience with organizational learning and development program delivery
  • Experience working in a globalmulti-culturalenvironment.
  • Experience in the Logistics industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with eLearning development tools such as Camtasia Adobe Captivate or similar is a plus.
  • Proficient with MS Office or related office suite software

CERTIFICATION AND LICENSES :

Professional certification may berequiredin some areas.
