STP Ventures Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in Wednesbury. This is a full-time position for a creative and strategic professional who will be responsible for developing implementing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen our companys market presence and drive growth. The ideal candidate will be a skilled marketing strategist with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team manage budgets and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.
* Conceive and execute innovative marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.
* Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and analyse competitor activity.
* Manage the marketing budget ensuring all activities deliver a strong return on investment.
* Oversee all digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM email marketing social media and content creation.
* Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and report on key metrics to senior management.
* Collaborate closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure our marketing efforts support business objectives.
* Organise and attend company events such as trade shows and conferences.
* Lead mentor and develop the marketing team fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Qualifications

* Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role.
* A bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
* Demonstrable experience in creating and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Proficient in digital marketing tools and software including CRM analytics and content management systems.
* Exceptional leadership communication and decision-making skills.
* Strong analytical and project management abilities with a data-driven mindset.
