ARegistered Nurse (RN)who excels in this role:
Accurately performs patient assessments andidentifiespatient needs
Identifiesandinitiatesappropriate nursinginterventions
Provides careappropriate tocondition and age of the patient
Performstimelyandappropriate documentationrelating to medical necessity in the medical record
Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
PerformstimelyandaccurateQI assessments
Whatwerelooking for
Applicants should have a current state RN license andpossessanassociatesdegree from an accredited nursing include:
Basic Life Support certification isrequired.
ACLS and PALS arerequired.
One year of experience preferred.
ASLS certification preferred.
