Job Summary

Technical Writer Field Training Project

We are seeking two experienced Technical Writers to support Clients Field Training project. These roles will focus on developing highquality training materials that meet Clients standards and support workforce competency across complex industrial systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop learner guides trainer guides verifications and other training materials in Clients prescribed formats.
Collaborate with Client subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather task information and validate content.
Partner with instructional designers and training developers to ensure materials meet Client quality and training standards.
Support content reviews revisions and document control processes throughout development.
Perform additional tasks as directed by the Client Field Training Project Manager.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a technical writer or instructional developer in industrial energy manufacturing or related technical environments.
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear userfriendly training materials.
Experience working with P&IDs OEM documentation operating procedures and maintenance instructions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills especially when working with SMEs and crossfunctional teams.
Knowledge of operator training On-the-Job (OJT) development or technical instructional design is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Oil and Gas upstream and midstream operations is a plus.
