Architecture Designer II

The responsibilities of the Architecture Designer will include but are not limited to:

• Assist with the preparation of construction documents from concept through construction.
• Collaborate with project teams to refine designs and incorporate client feedback effectively.
• Under the direction of the Supervising Architect may independently perform technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture and two (2) years of architecture experience covering aspects of building design including: survey design development construction documents construction administration or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Due to the nature of the work U.S. Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Masters degree is a plus
• 3 or more years of experience
• Experience working in large and complex projects/programs
• Experience with government agencies/projects
• Experience working on all phases of Architectural projects
• Demonstrate enthusiasm highly motivated and detail oriented
• Ability to produce high-quality graphic designs renderings and visualizations for presentations and client proposals.
• Proficiency in Revit and have familiarity with AutoCAD
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work well with clients staff and consultants
• Have a general understanding of code compliance American with Disabilities Act/American Barriers Act and constructability.
• Ability to obtain an Architecture License within 2 years
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work closely with and collaborate with multidiscipline design team
