Digital Platform Support & Optimization Intern (Co-op or Internship Opportunity 4 Months)

The Opportunity:

Were looking for two (2) interns to join our Digital Banking team for a 4-month opportunity. The Digital Banking team delivers and supports Vancitys digital servicing platform across retail SMB and commercial members. This role reports to the Senior Manager Application Technology.

A typical day would involve:

• Documenting digital platform workflows to strengthen L2 troubleshooting
• Reviewing and triaging incident tickets identify root causes and reduce repeat issues
• Building dashboards to track ticket volume themes trends and resolution timelines
• Analyzing support data to identify automation and process improvement opportunities
• Partnering with L2 Product and Engineering teams to improve documentation and ticket flow

You have:

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate program within an applicable field and eligible for co-op/internship opportunities
• An interest in mobile and web banking process optimization incident management data analytics automation member experience.
• A willingness to work in a highly flexible environment with multiple competing priorities.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with ticketing systems (ADO ServiceNow Jira)
• Dashboard tools (Power BI Tableau)
• Process mapping tools
• Exposure to automation or workflow tools

What Youll Earn:

This role offers a pay range of $27.85/hr.
