You will play a critical role in supporting the growth of Marriotts fast-growing media network MARRIOTT MEDIA by helping execute Marriottsaccount managementreporting program. As ManagerAccount Management you will contribute to the development and delivery of advertisercampaign measurement solutionsin collaboration with Sales Marketing Analytics and Data Science. You will focus on deliveringaccuratecampaign reporting translating performance data into actionable insights and supporting multiple stakeholder needs.
Reporting to the Account Management you will helpbuild campaign reporting materials that deliver criticalinformationand insightsto Marriotts this role youwill contribute to the creation and implementation of reporting templates and dashboardssource feedback from advertisers on measurement and reporting solutions andassistwith ongoing reporting initiatives for key advertising partners.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions are aligned withadvertiserbusinessgoalsandMARRIOTT MEDIApriorities. You will alsoleverageeffective communication skills to translate complex analyses intoactionable insights for advertisers. You are naturally curious and stay current on theMarTech/AdTech ecosystem digital marketing landscape and emerging measurement methodologies. You are a strategic thinker who consistently elevates your work.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience Required
Bachelors degree in Business Economics Marketing Data Science or related field.
3 years of experience in digital media or other digital business with a strong analytical background and experience.
Strong technical and analytical foundation with experience in data-driven decision-making and marketing analytics.
Proven experience driving analytical insights and answering technical/data questions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong conceptual skills anddemonstratedability to translate theoretical concepts into analytical or research methodologies and tools.
Education and Experience Preferred
Masters degree in Business Economics Marketing Data Science or related field.
SQL andPySparkexperience.
Familiarity with media advertising reporting.
Strong strategic and critical thinking skills; bias towards data-based decision making with the ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Baseunderstanding and adherence to the principles of data quality management Agile data privacy and modern marketing best practices.
Knowledge of measurement and analytics across digital marketing and media channels including reporting frameworks and analytical models.
Familiarity with core measurement science concepts including experimentation and measurement frameworks (A/B testing matched market MMM etc.) statistical sampling techniques and hypothesis testing power analysis and synthetic control.
Familiarity with media channels marketing technology marketing operations audience segmentation and customer data strategies.

Implement optimization opportunities on reporting capabilities / tools.
