As a Team Manager you will play a key role in shaping the performance development and culture of multiple teams across our Deliveryorganization. You will be a trustedleaderwithin the SITS Traxion(Delivery)leadership teamsupporting the Head of Deliveryandensuring high-quality service delivery employeeengagementandclient satisfactionwithin the teams you willguideteamsdelivering bothbusiness and technical(consultancy) services help translate company strategy into actionable plans andmaintainour standard of operationalexcellence- all while fostering a culture of collaborationownershipand continuous learning.

Whatyoulldo as Team Manager- Delivery

• Provide daily leadership to multiple teams by monitoringemployee and customerhappinessexecution quality productivity and delivery outcomes.

• Coach mentor and motivate Team Leads and employeesconducting performance reviews development discussions and salary evaluations.

• Lead resource planning capacity management and recruitment to ensure strong and scalable teams.

• Translate corporate vision policies and strategicobjectivesintoclearobjectivesand working methods for your teams.

• Identifyrisks issues and opportunities and present them to senior management with recommended actions.

• Ensure continuous improvement of processes and service delivery.

• Challenge teams tooptimizeforecasts andbudget performance.

• Maintain and enhance partner and customer relationships in collaboration with Account and Partner Management.

• Participate in internal projects working groupsto strengthen our service offerings.

Whatyoullbring to the team

• 5 years of experience in a managerial role in IT or IT security

• Strong background inpeoplemanagement team leadershipcustomer relationshipmanagementand operational management

• Demonstrated experience conducting performanceand developmentreviews managing budgets and leadingresourcing andrecruitment

• Familiarity with iterative/Agile ways of working

• Understanding of service delivery organizations and quality/performance optimization

• Analytical and Conceptualabilityto translate strategyand visioninto actionable team-level plansand execution and results

• Fluent in Dutch and English (business proficient B2 level)

• Bachelors degree in Management Business IT or a related fieldor equivalent experience

• Additionalcertifications in leadership Agile or IT management are a plus

Additional

• Available for at least 32 hours per week

• Able to work from our Waardenburg officeapp. three timesa week

• Valid EU drivers license

• Already living in the Netherlands with valid work eligibility
