A global private equity-backed industrial safety group is seeking a high-impactSales Manager for Benelux & Scandinaviato drive strategic expansion across a key European region. This is a pivotal role offering genuine influence autonomy and progression within a fast-growing international business.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director you will take full ownership of the Benelux and Scandinavian markets leading business development across distributor networks and key end users. You will play a central role in shaping regional strategy driving new business and delivering consistent profitable growth.
This is a remote field-based role with significant visibility and the opportunity to progress into a senior leadership position within 35 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across Benelux and Scandinavia exceeding ambitious sales targets
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global objectives
- Identify appoint and develop high-performing distributor partners
- Build strong relationships with key end users across targeted industrial sectors
- Lead joint customer visits product training and value-based selling initiatives
- Introduce new products into the market through specification and channel engagement
- Own forecasting budgeting and pipeline development across the region
- Provide market insight customer feedback and strategic input to support product development
- Represent the business at industry events exhibitions and client meetings
About You
- 5 years experience in technical or industrial B2B sales with strong territory management exposure
- Proven track record of delivering growth across multi-channel sales environments
- Experience working with distributors and end users in industrial markets
- Commercially astute data-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Strong CRM and analytical skills (Salesforce Excel Power BI)
- Willingness to travel extensively (50%) across the region
- Fluent in English; Dutch is highly advantageous
