Position - Counter Sales
Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Counter Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers assist with product selection and manage billing operations at the sales counter. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills product knowledge and the ability to achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Handle billing and payments using POS/billing software
Maintain accurate sales records and daily reports
Manage product display and ensure the counter area is organized
Support stock checking and inventory management
Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly
Coordinate with store/warehouse team for product availability
Who Can Apply
Candidates with experience in retail sales showroom sales or counter sales
Freshers with good communication skills and interest in sales can also apply
Candidates with basic computer knowledge and customer service skills
Candidates who are comfortable interacting with walk-in customers
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
13 years of experience in retail sales or counter sales preferred
Good communication and customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/POS systems
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Positive attitude teamwork and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts if required
