Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and analytical Social Media & Digital Platforms Manager to oversee and manage all online platforms digital branding and customer relationship systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts optimising our website presence handling graphic design tasks and administering our Zoho CRM system to ensure efficient lead tracking customer engagement and sales support.

This role requires a combination of creativity technical skills marketing strategy and CRM management expertise.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities


1. Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms (Facebook Instagram TikTok LinkedIn X etc.).
  • Create schedule and publish engaging content (posts reels stories ads).
  • Monitor engagement respond to comments and messages promptly.
  • Grow brand awareness and increase followers organically and through paid campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics and generate monthly reports.

2. Graphic Design & Content Creation

  • Design promotional materials including banners posters product images and advertisements.
  • Create visual content for social media and website use.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Edit photos and videos for marketing campaigns.

3. Website & Online Platform Management

  • Update website promotional sections.
  • Optimize content for SEO and improved visibility.
  • Ensure all online platforms are up to date with offers.

4. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns.
  • Manage paid advertising budgets.
  • Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Improve customer acquisition and retention strategies.

5. Handle online sales
  • Handle all online sales inquiries and convert leads into paying customers.
  • Manage customer orders received via phone calls WhatsApp Facebook Instagram and website.
  • Ensure all orders are correctly captured confirmed and processed.
  • Resolve customer complaints returns and service issues efficiently.
  • Follow up on all pending orders and quotations.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business.
  • Strong graphic design skills (Canva Adobe Photoshop Illustrator or similar tools).
  • Experience working with CRM.
  • Understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and innovation.

  • Analytical thinking.
  • Time management.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
