Discoverthe role

We are looking for a BreakfastChef to join our highly skilled kitchen brigade. AsBreakfast Chef you will play a pivotal role in the guests dining experience taking the lead and delivering high quality breakfastsusing fresh locally sourced produce. The ideal candidateshould be reliable and have previous experienced in a similar role at Michelin or high Rosette level.

Whatyoull be doing

Preparing all breakfasts to a high standard for our hotel guests

Assisting in the daily preparation of MEP for breakfast and lunch

Ensuring stock within the business is managed to the agreed levelsconsistently and professionally in conjunction with the Head Chef

Liaising closely with the breakfast supervisor to ensure a smooth breakfast service

Ensuring temperatures are taken in accordance with Food Policy

Whowere looking for

Keen enthusiastic well presented and has a sense of urgency
