Purpose of the role
This role will contribute to building the Omni Business through strong partnerships with key retailers. Key responsibility is to hold end to end engagement with key retail customers - joint planning for revenue margin investment profitability share and key execution metrics. Ability to be hands-on in a dynamic operationally complex environment is needed.
Career experience required.
- 9 years of experience preferably with prior experience of organized trade customer management
- Account management & Joint Business Planning with both offline and online retailers.
- Negotiation & collaboration skills
- P&L management Promotions and On Platform spends delivering Gross Margins and NC
- Digital Shelf management Understanding E-Commerce Flywheel metrics and influencing them with customer.
Main responsibilities
- Build long term strategic vision and business plan for the account in line with Mondelez Omni roadmap.
- Develop joint business plan and manage relationships with account team at national and regional level.
- Lead commercial terms of trade negotiations and follow best practice structured negotiation process to successful conclusion.
- Channelize customer investments towards achievement of JBP objectives while staying within budgets.
- Implement and maintain in-store solutions developed within Category Management partnerships with the Customer(s)
- Work with Finance business partner to drive commercial hygiene and ensuring timely collections as well as reduce cost to serve the customers.
- Work with customer service to track orders troubleshoot and achieve customer service KPIs.
- Work with demand planning to build and streamline demand forecast.
- Launch and execution of NPDs.
- Drive activation agenda for the customer - lead special events in cooperation with Customer Marketing
- Drive digital shelf execution for omni channel business.
- Monitor competitive activity at store level recording and consolidating key activities.
- Working with Customer Marketing to develop tools merchandising materials and in-store programs for effective shelf management to induce shoppers to purchase Mondelez products at shelf.
- Supervising the consistent and accurate collection of data to allow monitoring of execution performance vs. target KPIs.

- Internal Omni RE manager Brand teams Customer Planning and Activation team finance supply chain

Bias for action and agility Ability to manage multiple priorities in constrained timelines. Analytical ability to synthesize data into meaningful conclusions and depth knowledge of fundamentals of performance media and media agency ecosystem
