Job Description
ACS Staffing Solutions are recruiting an HR Advisor on a permanent basis to join our locally based client in supporting SME clients.
Key expertise skills and attributes required are:
- At least 3 years experience in HR with up to date working knowledge of employment legislation and case law
- Worked in SMEs responsible for all aspects of HR
- Used to dealing with people management challenges
- ER Casework Investigations Disciplinary Dispute Resolution Absence management
- Managed complex disciplinary and grievance cases
- Not risk averse with the ability to advise leadership on best course of action
- Tribunal Case Management / Hearings an advantage but not essential
- Commercial approach with knowledge of how business operates
- An open and inquisitive mind
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Agility to manage multiple clients and stakeholders
- Resilient and resourceful
- Most important sense of humour!
The role is full time based out of the Northampton town centre office/home with client visits as required.
