Role: HR Coordinator (HR Systems & Process Improvement)
Location: Manchester - Hybrid working - 3 days per week in the office

The Role
Were looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to support efficient accurate HR administration across the employee lifecycle with a strong focus on HR systems data quality and process improvement.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems analysing processes and driving improvements to enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line HR support to employees managers and HR teams
- Manage employee lifecycle administration (onboarding changes promotions leavers)
- Produce contracts letters and maintain accurate employee records (GDPR compliant)
- Maintain and update HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) ensuring data accuracy
- Support system changes upgrades testing and issue resolution
- Produce HR reports and support data analysis and audits
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Support HR projects system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- Experience in an HR Administrator Coordinator or Shared Services role
- Strong experience using HR systems and managing employee data
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in systems and processes
Desirable:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Involvement in HR systems projects or system upgrades
- Knowledge of payroll and benefits processes
- Understanding of GDPR and HR data governance
- CIPD (or working towards)
