We offer an excellent opportunity to a student in HR to gain valuable practical HR knowledge experience and corporate insights at a fast growing company in the energy sector. Our new HR intern would support the Western European Sales Division supporting a number of European countries. You will be asked to work together the HR Director and other team members locally and internationally.
Recruitment process management:
- posting job advertisements and sending communication about vacancies
- pre-screening candidates (CV screening phone interviews as required)
- organizing interviews
- acting as a point of contact for candidates answering their questions
- ensuring there is feedback provided to all candidates
HR system & processes management
- HR system management - keeping our HR database up-to-date with any changes
- Document management creating contracts and contract amendments for different countries
- Support the preparation of ad-hoc reports to the local management/ Group HR
- Following up on the completion of various HR activities
- Supporting our Joiner-Mover-Leaver process
- Support with drafting announcements
Other HR initiatives
- Support any other administrational or organizational task
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Ongoing full-time MSc/BSc student status (ideally in your last years of education) in a field in or close to HR (Economics/ Psychology etc.)
- Fluency in Hungarian and English
- Self-confident behavior willingness to learn try new things
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team
- Ability to use MS Word Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level
- Any relevant previous work experience is an advantage
