German-speaking HR Associate, HR Shared Service

Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for a German-speaking HR Associate to join us in our People First Team in our Budapest XIII. Váci Greens office.

Our Associate HR Shared Service guides employees through their lifecycle at Ford by advising them in any HR matters and completing administrative tasks in the internal systems. Their goal is to ensure an excellent customer experience which includes phone and chat support transactional processes based on our operational documentation and service promise in order to provide end-to-end customer care.

Manage the incoming requests chats and phone calls of our requestors in relation to any HR process and support the positive Employee Experience for our customers
Our HR processes cover the whole Employee Lifecycle from the hiring of new employees until leaving the Company this gives opportunity to oversee different areas of HR and partnering with Local HRBPs
Prepare all types of documentation for employees like contracts agreements employment verification letters in a timely manner
Keep our HR database updated regarding all types of company structure changes and employee data as we manage all types of data regarding HR processes
Support our employees and managers to use the self-service option of our HR portal and our new HR system
Support the HR Business Partners and People Leaders with your knowledge to help with the planning and implementation of reorganizational changes within the Company
Being part of the change culture and supporting the organizational changes to better support our goals to produce electric vehicles
Being proactive in handling risks or process gaps that you face and involving the responsible teams to find a solution together
Initiating and leading process improvement projects to release capacity for the incoming new processes

Professional background:
Desirable Bachelors Degree preferably in Human Resources Business Administration or other related fields
Being curious about HR processes and employee-focused operations and have 0-3-year experience within customer service or HR

Key abilities:
Speaking German fluently supporting the business on a daily basis in German and English
Communicating effectively on phone and in e-mail as well
Paying attention to details related to employee questions and data accuracy
Showing flexibility with staff scheduling and time zone differences
Proficient/intermediate understanding of MS Excel and Word
