YOUR IMPACT

Redwood is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Workday Transformation Analyst with 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role will be crucial in driving our Finance Transformation initiatives with a strong focus on Workday optimization and integrations. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Workday and a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing Workday solutions in a transformation context. This role will be hybrid and must be able to commute to our Hyderabad office 2-3 days a week.

Manage multiple cross-functional projects in the Finance and Accounting Organization through all phases of the project lifecycle from planning and implementation to testing and training.
Collaborate with functional leaders and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Identify and mitigate operational and technical risks that may impact project success.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday and integrated systems.
Support the functionality of various systems with Workday including Accounting Center Adaptive Planning and Prism Analytics.
Focus on end-to-end Accounting and Finance process automation.
Support AI initiative governance and enablement.
Research latest AI capabilities and use cases for Finance and Accounting.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business Finance Accounting or a related field.
5-7 years of hands-on experience in Finance and Accounting with a mix of:
- 2-3 years of experience with Workday implementation configuration and optimization.
- 2-3 years of experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Proven technical expertise in Workday:
- Modules such as Financials Adaptive Planning Accounting Center and Prism Analytics.
- Integrations using various methods and tools.
- Security framework and its application to various business processes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
Experience with other financial systems and tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Workday certifications.
Experience in a large-scale enterprise transformation program.
Experience with AI in the Finance department.
Experience in the Software Industry.
