Business Development Manager (Spain)

Your responsibilities
- Owning and delivering your individual sales targets.
- Proactively acquiring new B2B clients across the Spanish market and building lasting business relationships.
- Presenting Fluentbes offer and leading negotiations with key decision-makers (HR Directors HR/L&D Managers HR Business Partners).
- Diagnosing client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Tracking sales performance and adapting your approach in response to market trends.
Qualifications :
Our Requirements
- 4 years of B2B sales experience with background in HR education or employee benefits
- Native Spanish speaker with fluent English youll be reporting directly to an English-speaking manager
- A proven track record of closing contracts with large enterprises and measurable results to back it up
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence in leading conversations with C-level executives
- A talent for diagnosing client needs and translating them into meaningful solutions
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and modern sales methodologies
